The stare down

The last few nights Danika has been giving me this little stare down when it comes to putting her to bed. She just sits there and looks at me without blinking. It is like she wants to see who will blink 1st. Of course I end up blinking 1st. She is also starting to fight going to sleep. She NEVER sleeps during the day for more than a half hour and by the time it is bed time she is over tired so she fights that too. My kid is so afraid she is going to miss something.

At 2.5 months she is interested in everything. She is bending over to try and get her feet. She is also touching her toys. It is so adorable. I just love it. She is growing right before my eyes. Well here is a picture of her smiling her normal great big smile. She gives me this smile every morning. I love waking up to it.

I didn't know I was a part of the circus

My job in the circus is the juggler. I am currently juggling motherhood and being a worker bee. I have no clue how to keep all of my "balls" in the air but so far I haven't dropped one. I have a little help from my husband and brother-in-law (BIL) so I guess this isn't a one person act. My BIL is watching Danika while I work. It is really hard for me cause all I want to do is play with her. I have lost all focus. I don't want it back either.

Danika has a spot in the show too! Yesterday she was the "GAS girl". She had so much gas that you could have driven to CA and back on her tank alone. We gave her some little tummies medicine, changed her formula to Gentlease, and changed her bottles so here's hoping for less gas and more cooing. I took today off of work cause I am just exhausted from yesterday. My day old migraine is not going away anytime soon either.
