I cannot believe my baby is 2 weeks old already. Where has the time gone? I need to find a way to pause life. I want Danika to be little for as long as possible. When I looked at her today I couldn't help but think that she is not looking like a baby anymore. Any suggestions on how to make her stay little?
Danika is a great baby! She only cries when she needs to be feed or wants her pants changed. She is just like her father and wants to stay up all night long. She is staying on the same schedule she was on during the pregnancy. She is very active from midnight to 3 am and then sleeps for 2 to 3 hours. During her wide awake hours she looks at me with her beautiful big eyes as if she wants to have some deep conversation. Oh how I love that daughter of mine. I have a daughter. I cannot get over that. I love saying those words!!!
Well my daughter is waking up so mommy is off to take her in my arms and love on her!!! bye

I LOVE That you're having such a wonderful time. Those little-bitty days are wonderful, but just wait till Danika smiles, coos and laughs. Your heart will just turn into a pile of goo, I promise!
My grandmother used to say that we should put bricks on our heads to keep us small. I guess she never tried it, because we all grew up! ;) I'm so happy for you! Enjoy your daughter and give her a snuggle for me!
Oh bricks on the head maybe something to try!!! HAHAHAHA Thanks ladies!! I cannot wait for my little one to start smiling, cooing, and all the fun stuff. I look forward to the other stuff but also want her to be so small and cuddly for as long as possible.
